Hi, I'm Seungjae Lee, better known online as Kimbab.
I fell deep into the crypto ecosystem in 2019, starting out as a moderator and building my understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and degen culture from the ground up.
I spent six months as an intern at a small VC in Korea, working to broaden my overall understanding of the crypto industry. But the desire to build something bigger in crypto kept growing, so I left the internship and committed myself fully to development. While studying Software Engineering, I joined a small NFT dev team where I built minting pages, landing pages, token launches, token pages, and DApps. (This portfolio only includes projects that I personally led or built.)
In 2021, I launched Dokebi, a personal Web3 project on Solana. Solana founder Anatoly remarked that it was a pretty creative project, and through collaborations with major projects like SMB, FFF, GGG, and Ghost DAO, Dokebi grew into one of the most talked-about upcoming projects in the ecosystem. The free mint sold out in five seconds on a custom-built minting page, and I developed two DApps, Dokebi Ball and Donate to Earn, which together generated 127 SOL in trading volume. I built a community of 2,500 on Discord and 3,000 on Twitter, and the collection held a spot in Magic Eden's Top 100 for over a week. Building the entire stack on my own, from smart contracts to DApps, frontend, and Discord bots, became the foundation for every project that followed.
From 2022 to 2024, I founded Raon T&D and led the full development of the Bellygom NFT DApp in collaboration with Lotte. The first project, a daily mission platform, drew 12,690 visitors and 112,248 page views. I partnered with SCV Soft on smart contract integration work. On a Three.js-powered interactive NFT claim page, I identified critical inefficiencies in the on-chain gas fee structure designed by an external vendor and led an architecture overhaul, designing a custom database to shift verification off-chain. For the large-scale Jelly Adventure project, I assembled and led a small dev team of two designers, one 3D designer, and one backend developer, working closely with HYPELABS to build a Three.js-based mini-game hub. When the project underwent a full mid-development pivot from a text-based TRPG to a 3D game, I adapted quickly and ultimately achieved cross-device optimization down to Galaxy S18 compatibility. For ZEF World Daily Mission with Danal, I delivered a polished product under a tight deadline that attracted 1,200 participants. I also completed the technical implementation of QRBLOCK, a QR-based crypto claiming system built for Korea Blockchain Week.
In 2025, I continued taking on projects, collaborating with a wide range of Korean businesses and delivering web solutions across industries, from ISDH's fragrance community platform to corporate websites for MEDIST, MEDBRIDGE, LK Tax and Accounting, and Good Morning.
My work in crypto continued as well. I took first place at the Solayer Deep Dive Contest with an on-chain survival game. Within the Succinct community, I developed SPOne, a ZK-powered random draw tool that saw real adoption by numerous KOLs across Korea and China. Through dedicated event pages, I onboarded over 2,000 users. I also built games and AR experiences, and was recognized as Best Tech Member and Most Underrated Member.
What I want to do is take the fun and novel things that exist in the real world and turn them into experiences that anyone can access through code.
